به گزارش خبرنگار اجتماعی ایرنا، 'رضا نجفی' امروز - یكشنبه - در دوازدهمین جلسه محاكمه متهمان پرونده فساد بزرگ مالی در شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب اسلامی تهران در دفاع كیفر خواست صادر شده، افزود: به خاطر اینكه اطاله دادرسی نشود، تشخیص این موضوع به ریاست دادگاه سپرده می شود.

نجفی با بیان اینكه قرائن و دلایل متعددی دال بر آگاهی متهم از منشاء وجوه، وجود دارد، گفت: متهم مدعی است كه حدود سه هزار تن به گروه ملی فولاد ایران بار فروخته است در حالی كه بر اساس اظهارات 'ع .ر' مدیر عامل سابق گروه ملی فولاد ایران چنین باری دریافت نشده است.

وی افزود: متهم مدعی است كه مبلغ هشت میلیارد تومان به عنوان پاداش زحمات و با توافق آقای 'ش' مدیر عامل موسسه بازنشستگی فولاد ایران پرداخت شده است. بنابر این اگر این توافق بوده، چرا مبلغ در دفاتر مالی شركت ثبت نشده است.

نجفی افزود: اگر این وجوه به عنوان وجوه مشاركت بود، چرا به صورت وجه نقد داده شده و به حساب شركت واریز نشده است.

وی خطاب به قاضی سراج، گفت: آقای 'ط .ن ' در مرحله تحقیقات به طور كلی دریافت هرگونه وجوهی را انكار می كرد، اما پس مواجه حضوری با آقای 'م.الف' متهم اصلی پرونده، به دریافت پنج الی شش میلیارد تومان اعتراف كرد و به تدریج این مبلغ به سقف هشت میلیارد تومان رسید.

نماینده دادستان تهران، گفت: انكار موضوع از طرف متهم دلیل خوبی برای اثبات این موضوع است كه هیچ نوع مشاركتی در كار نبوده است.

در ادامه 'ط.ن' در جایگاه حاضر شد و در ارائه آخرین دفاعیات خود گفت: نماینده دادستان تهران اظهار داشت كه طلب ما 60 میلیارد تومان بوده است در حالی كه این مبلغ سود مبادله 500 میلیارد تومانی ما با گروه ملی فولاد ایران بوده است.

وی در ادامه به بخش دیگری از اظهارات نماینده دادستان تهران مبنی بر اینكه آقای 'ع.ر' مدیرعامل گروه ملی فولاد ایران مدعی شده است هیچ گونه باری از سوی شركت خدمات عمومی فولاد ایران دریافت نشده است، گفت: بخش بازرگانی گروه ملی تعطیل بود و همه كارها در تهران انجام می شد.

ط .ن اظهار داشت: طمع دریافت سود بیشتر از 'الف' ما را به دردسر انداخت. چرا كه واقعا نسبت به بازار چندین درصد بیشتر سود می داد و مبلغ هشت میلیارد تومان نیز از محل همین سود ها بوده است.

وی با بیان اینكه من تخلف نكردم بلكه فریب اعتماد را خوردم، بار دیگر تاكید كرد شركت خدمات عمومی فولاد ایران 200 هزار تن بار به گروه ملی فروخته است و تمام این بارها تاییدیه دارد.
